The Value of Salesforce Community Events

My focus these days is Architect Dreamin’ (opens in a new tab), the conference I co-founded to bring architects together for real depth, not just sessions. I was honored to help bring it to the United States, and I’m leading the charge as we head to Orlando, Florida for 2027.

I also co-founded Cactusforce, a Salesforce developer conference in Scottsdale, AZ, and I’m proud of what it’s grown into. Community events like these are where local communities come together to share ideas and strengthen the ecosystem, and I’m grateful to have helped build two of them.

Being part of this vibrant community has allowed me to meet an incredible group of individuals. These are people who devote their time and energy to organizing and executing these events, creating remarkable experiences for all attendees. Every time I attend an event, I am deeply impressed by the dedication and hard work of these organizers.

I cherish every opportunity to speak in front of diverse groups, both domestically and internationally, sharing my knowledge and experiences. It has become a personal mission of mine to attend as many of these community events as possible. This commitment is not just about my own learning journey; it’s also about connecting with others, sharing insights, and being an active participant in this dynamic and supportive Salesforce community.

Architect Dreamin’ 2027: Orlando, February 9–10

Architect Dreamin’ is heading to SeaWorld Orlando, Ports of Call, on February 9–10, 2027, and I’m leading the effort.

Architect Dreamin’ is a conference for architects, by architects. It has thrived in Europe, and I was honored to help bring it to the United States for the first time in 2025, then again in 2026.

Organizers from nearly 15 other Community events joined us in person, a strong sign of how much this community supports each other.

Attendance is intentionally limited to support meaningful discussion, collaboration, and connection, so you’ll spend two days learning alongside other architects, not just sitting in sessions.

AI builds fast. Adversarial AI finds faster.

I’m speaking at Security Dreamin’, a one-day virtual conference on security in the Salesforce ecosystem.

AI is helping us build and deploy Salesforce solutions at unprecedented speed. But the same advances that make builders more productive also make it easier for adversarial AI to find vulnerabilities and gaps in our configurations.

In my session, I’ll explore what that means for architects and developers, and why security needs to be part of the AI-driven development and DevOps loop, not something we check at the end. We don’t need to slow AI-driven development down. We need the architecture, governance, DevSecOps practices, and automation that let us move fast safely.

As the organizing team, we hosted an event that brought together Salesforce Architects from around the world. One of the most inspiring moments was seeing organizers from nearly 15 other Community events participate in person— a true testament to the strength and dedication of the global Salesforce Community.
